EKITA – Challenges in paediatric combined organ transplantation

Description: The EKITA programme “Challenges in paediatric combined organ transplantation” is organized in two webinars. This webinar (Part 2) expands on the complexities of multiorgan transplantation in children: it discuss the outcomes of paediatric transplant recipients after heart and kidney transplant and new horizons in transplantation, including transplantation of endocrine glands. Part 1 of this webinar is available free of charge (see link below), as well as on the TLJ 2.0 website, in the section “Preparatory webinars”.

Learning objectives: After attending this webinar, participants will be able to handle a rare challenging transplantation issue, the combined organ transplantation where multiple physician teams are involved

Target group: All medical professionals who are involved in renal, hepatic, pancreatic, heart and lung transplantation including nurses, coordinators etc.
